Here’s what happened to me.
I never used to have a weight problem because I regularly swam, cycled and was generally very active and fit.
I was a happy work-
Slowly, almost imperceptibly, I began to gain weight, and due to my lack of exercise I put on 25 pounds over the course of 8 weeks!
And things didn't get any better from there...
